3/18/2011 - Read before "Shabbat with Livnot" - Arrival in Tsfat - The Artists' Colony Inn

We followed the directions that Jeff and Benay Katz (the owners of the Artist's Colony Inn where we are staying in Tsfat) gave us and easily found our way to the Inn by early afternoon.

Jeff provided a quick tour of the Inn and we schpatziered near the Inn to check things out before Shabbat.

We will be having Shabbat dinner at Livnot U'Lihibanot with Aharon Botzer and hope to go to the BeiRav Shul (a Carlebach-style shul).

Tsfat is a very interesting city.  From the balcony at the Inn we can see Mt. Meron to the east and also nearly to Lebanon to the north.  The Kineret is visible to the south.
